I requested information from Vernell Lewis on how the timeshare worked. All I got was buy buy buy now now now. I asked for my details to be removed from the database. I got another email saying buy buy buy now now now and asked again for my details to be removed from the contact list and database per privacy laws. I was told 'wrong department' call this number. I'm not calling an overseas number to ask for something to be done which should be done at the first request. Dodgy company and rude agents.

This company was given to me by my Shell Vacations crappy timeshare. When I spoke with Alfredo he said they don't deal with Shell - I don't blame them. So he sent me to mytimeshare.com. But they answered the phone buyatimeshare.com. Then the man was a complete jerk. These companies all cheat with each other, lie, and seemingly have no regulations they must live by. What a mess. I will not use this company.
