It took time, but all was disclosed. The time was due to the property owner which is expected. Also, all the fees were disclosed on front end and were exactly as I was told. There are some very good purchases to be had as compared to buying directly from timeshare.

This was my second time dealing with the services of Timeshare Broker. I was looking to purchase more time share points , I sent a note to my previous rep but was re directed to Ryan that has been with the group for many years. I sent him my request and within a few hours, he was able to send me some offers with all the details for my analysis. I was really impressed by the quickness of the response and especially the knowledge of Ryan, it showed that he is a veteran in this business. I would really recommend dealing with Timeshare Broker, thank you to the team. Dan

I had such an amazing experience with SMTN. I thought I couldn’t sell my timeshare and was going to spend money with an attorney to somehow just get rid of it. But SMTN showed up on my radar, called them, and they walked me through their process. I felt comfortable and they gave me the transparency I needed to move it forward. I did and in 6 months, sold the timeshare. Made me believer that there are good companies like this in this crazy industry.d

We purchased our time share sight unseen. Jennifer Ralston was who we worked with. She was very friendly, and extremely helpful. She was there through the whole process, if there was something we did not understand she explained it to us. This was a long distance purchase and I will say there is no one better than Jennifer in my book. I fully trust Time Share Broker Services, this was the best and easiest purchase I have ever made.

It was a slow process but NIcolas responded to every phone call and e-mail without hesitation. It was a great experience working with him. I look forward to him helping with the exit of 2 more of my timeshares. Charles & Bevery Frazier
