Purchased 2 tone Daytona Swiss made Rolex. Beautiful looking watch. Only would run for a few hours. Contacted vendor. Quickly replied. Told me to wind watch at least 30 clicks. Which I did. Made no difference, now only runs perhaps 30 minutes or so and then stop. So another email and return email stated to send watch back for to china for repairs but only insure for $10.00 US ? Not going to happen. I paid $750.00 US funds. So if watch is lost or stolen. I’m out $750.00. Make sense? Contacted vendor again. Stated must abide by their rules. Don’t buy. Scam. Shane it’s a nice looking watch. I’ll have it repaired at my expense ..lesson learned ..

However, it seems you wish to return the item without following the provided instructions, even though it's a replica item. We kindly ask that you follow the return instructions, which every customer adheres to when sending a watch for our complimentary repair service—offered even after a year of use. To date, 100% of packages have been successfully returned when our guidelines were followed. You appear to be the only customer encountering difficulty due to not following these instructions.
