Customer service and shipping were good. The products were terrible. Bands arrived broken, chronometer doesn't work and shoddy workmanship on cases.

I’d also to follow up on my problem with the links being taken out and the jeweler having a problem, was because it took him so much time I had to pay him an extra $80 as he spent about an hour trying to get to watch/links back together properly

Remember you get what you pay for!. this watches doesn't keep the time 12 to 15 sec per 12H and the bezel alignment sometimes are not correct. Rethink before you buy!. i got 2 super clone 1:1 and they look good but doesn't work good. so save your money and get a tissot or longines if you can. just an advice. At the end it look as a Rolex but doesn't act as a Rolex. i can put my order numbers if you want,im a real buyer!.

For $350 you would think the watch would at least keep time line a $20 watch would and simply washing your hands with it on will cause it to have condensation inside the glass. Customer support offers no help other than @you get what you paid for”.

It’s a shame to deceive people, this is our reply to your email For the hours lose, you should wind up the watch to give it some power reserve. Please note that this is a 3A quality watch (check details here). It has a Japanese movement, and its power reserve is less than 24 hours. If you want a power reserve of +72 hours, we have 5A and 6A quality watches with Swiss movements. For the water, please put in rice for almost 24 hours, and it should be resolved. Make sure not to use it with hot water. Always keep the crown closed before swimming. This is a clear response to your case. We haven’t heard from you again. If you have any issues with your watch, please reply, and we’ll initiate a return for replacement regardless of the reason. This is our standard procedure for all customers.

Watch delivered timely. Product is very nice looking. However, mechanically the band clasping mechanism is loose and hangs open. It does not keep accurate time, it looses approximately 1 min every 2/3 hours nomatter how much it is wound. In market for several.more watches but probably not be ordering from this company. I 100% understand it is replica but it still is a lot of money for a watch to have such obvious mechanical faults.

I have purchased two GMT watches. The first one came in and the micro adjustment on the band would absolutely not adjust. I emailed the seller a couple times and he kept telling me I was doing it wrong. Finally, I brought it to a jeweler and they spent about an hour working on it to fix it. I can live with this. Second GMT I ordered makes a lot of noise when you shake it. At first, I thought it was the band making that noise, but I removed the band and when you shake the watch, there’s a very evident noise that it makes. I emailed the seller a video of this noise twice and got no response
