Think very carefully! I wish I had known about trust pilot before I bought two pairs of M3 earbuds. I would’ve saved myself a good bit of money. Timekettle definitely exaggerates the effectiveness of their products. I spent three months in Vietnam and it didn’t take long to realize that I had made a mistake. One huge issue is that the earbuds themselves are far too large to stay in my ears. I’m not a small guy. I would understand the fit problem if I had smaller ears. As long as I was setting perfectly still, they would stay in place but the moment I stood up or began walking, they were very likely to fall out unless I physically held them in. So I was totally unable to use them in any setting other than a movie theater. They were of some use there, but even there, they were quite limited. Timekettle does not make any sort of covering which would lessen the tendency to lose them. When I contacted them about this problem, the only solution they had was to suggest that I upgrade to their newest over the ear model for $449. I won’t be doing that because I don’t trust them now. I’ll go back to using Google Translate. It works far, far better.
