Kyle was a great help with installing the Server on my computer. I appreciated the fact that I did not have to leave a message, he was at the other end of line when I pressed #2 for Support.

First of all they have a great product and are constantly innovating their feature set. I have worked with customer support at various times throughout the years and they have always been extremely responsive and professional, an increasing rarity today. In particular, Bobby has been exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable in helping us work through our issues. We will enjoy using their software for years to come.

Customer Support (Kyle and crew) have been courteous and extremely helpful. I would recommend Timeclick to any business to keep track of employees clocking in and out for their shifts. TimeClick is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate to keep track of hours worked.

The employees I dealt with were very knowledgeable and was eager to help us out when we had a problem with being able to sign in from our mobile devices. It was a challenging issue but they stuck with it until it was figured out. We are very pleased with timeclick and I'm happy we decided to go with them when we were looking for a new method of clocking in and out. Thank you!
