Bobby was awesome! He quickly responded to my online chat and fixed my update malfunction mishap with the utmost professionalism and reassured me that I did not lose my database which was a big relief! He also impressed me with his computer skills knowing exactly what files to access on my computer.

Bobby was very helpful and informative. Easy to work with :)

Kyle has been most helpful today with purchase and reinstallation. This part was way over my head and I am so thankful that he was available.

I needed to find out what my admin password was as I had misplaced the paper it was on. The rep not only helped me get in and reset it but also updated the program for me.

Kyle was super helpful with my issue. He was very patient since I am not all that computer savvy.

Kyle always does a great job helping me with any technical challenges that I encounter!

Kyle was extremely patient and helpful while walking me through the installation process on both my laptop and the tablet. I prefer talking with someone directly, which is why I selected your company, and Kyle was fantastic.

Always quick and friendly!
