Hi Tammy, Most of our courses begin with the basics in the form of a review or introductory assignment, so they do seem easy at first. We encourage you to try to complete the first two units within the first fourteen days and ask the teacher to let you know if this course is the right one for your student. Once she has had a chance to review your student's work, the instructor may recommend a different course; we do allow one transfer within the first fourteen days. Hi Sarah, Teachers provide feedback on the written assignments; if a student would have gotten less than an 80% on their first attempt, the teacher will typically give feedback that will will help the student to get a better grade, and then ask for a revision. There are several resources at the top of the course, above Unit One which will help with navigation. The one that shows where to view teacher feedback and how to make revisions is called How to Resubmit an Assignment.
