The course moved too quickly
The course moved too quickly to get done in 8 weeks. Our student only finished week 5 of 8. There is no way to take time off, either. There is no real process of draft with feedback and then redraft. Essentially there is one draft and a final draft. The feedback was ok, but not specific to our student's essays. No instruction was given as to when and how to apply the lessons like adding vivid verbs, colorful adjectives, and figurative language. Our seventh grade student struggled with that. We were not impressed, especially for the price.

Hi Teresa, Did you know that we have a dormancy feature where you can put the course on hold for up to a month? This feature is available right through your parent administration account for just $5.00, and families use it to take a break (up to a month) from the course if needed for a vacation, unexpected events or any other reasons. We also have extensions available, but students are usually able to complete our courses in 6-8 weeks if they are logging in 4-5 times a week.
