I just received them and the packages were exploded and the were poking throught the boxes. No packing inside to stop them rolling around and coming through. Also the powder coat looks to be just spray paint. The foam on the brackets rubbed off on a lot of the corners and there's already rust in spots. I guess I will have to do something before I out them up. Not happy

Dealing with Timberplates was a great experience. They are very professional and responsive to all my questions. They were very timely in responding via email with good drawings. They also were wonderful to work with in the modifications I needed on some of my plates. I highly recommend them for any of your metal plate needs.

Knowledgeable, helpful, and very personalized service! Quick turnaround time and exactly what we requested. We received 2 other quotes for the same custom item, and the other two were priced significantly higher. All around very satisfied.

Amazing help, customer service and product. I ordered the incorrect plates for my house and had to get custom ones. Rhett was a huge help and we emailed several times with corrections and measurements. It was his whole goal of having excellent customer service and it worked. Super happy with how I was treated and the interaction with the company.
