TimberplatesReviews of timberplates.com

Perfect! Just as ordered. Going to order another set for a second project.

Ordered my timber brackets for my pavilion project. Very happy with the quality and look of these brackets.

Ordered multiple custom ¼" thick plate brackets for a timber frame structure. The staff was great at answering questions, making suggestions, developing fabrication drawings, and incorporating comments to ensure the order was exactly what I wanted. The plates had a beautiful powder coated finish. Upon arrival a few of the plates were missing and apparently the box had split in shipment. They made new brackets and shipped them very quickly. Great service.

Your website makes ordering very easy. The whole process was simple for a first time user. Thank you

Fast and easy to order from. Great prices, nice design choices.

The brackets are perfect . I get a lot of compliments on the workmanship of these custom brackets , everything fit perfect , unlike the junk that's made in China , worth every penny they cost ! Thanks again

My column connectors were in spec and delivered earlier than promised. I am very pleased with the product. It was a little nerve wracking using the website to specify all of the dimensions and hitting the order button with no confirmation of the selected dimensions. It would be helpful to display the selected dimensions in the order confirmation.

The brackets were exactly as Rhett said and his customer service should be applauded. If anybody ever asks , I will surely Tell them Timberplates delivers above and beyond and their quality is the best I’ve ever come across. Thanks Rhett for helping with the design as these pieces were all custom 😉👍 Bob
