TimberplatesReviews of timberplates.com

From start to finish, the customer service was friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring. A rare find!

Great service and quality product! Laurel in operations was quick and responsive to my questions. The modifications to their standard drawings for my needs - hole size and layout - was simple. Production was fast and delivery to me in Alaska was much quicker than I'm used to. Highly recommended!

Beautiful final product fits my structure like a glove. Very helpful customer support.

Interior support, very important element.

Rhett Guthrie of Timberplates provided the orignal drawings to me in 2022- at no charge and with no expectation *such cutomer service is few and far between now days 3 years later, I finally started and finished the project- the design I used was from the advice and communication provided by Timberplates ....... it is perfect....

Laurel was great to work with over the phone and email. She helped us problem solve some offset bolt holes we needed specially made. Everything arrived quickly and looks and feels great! We are looking forward to installing our many T3s and L3 in the next couple weeks. We will be ordering from Timberplates again in the future!

There was an issue with shipping. They followed up & contacted me many times to make sure I received the package & that it was what I ordered. Great customer service.

Timberplates is a quality shop. Good customer service and fair prices.
