Timberline is a breath of fresh air. I had been dealing with my back taxes for almost a year with an attorney who was everything the Timberline crew is not. I received a bill for every call and email question I sent. Galen and Tiffany were very responsive and proactive to help me through this difficult time. They made it as simple as possible for me. They were patient and empathetic to my tax problem. No judgement or scolding ever. They responded in a very timely manner to every text, email or call I made. They regularly checked in with me for updates or to clarify where we were in the process. It was like dealing with a friend. I cannot recommend them any higher.
