It's such a pleasure to do business with a company who not only answers the phone, but returns calls and makes calls to keep us informed. Even as we wait on IRS, regular calls are made with updates. Tax issues can be a long process to get them satisfied and get replies from the IRS so patience is truly a virtue. The process was clearly outlined, objectives were set, paperwork was filed in a timely manner and the follow up is fabulous. If you're not doing business with Timberline, you should be.
