I started with Timberline Financial and was skeptical about the idea of paying off so much debt with the savings that they told me. It became a matter of good business. I could not struggle to pay the various payments and get nowhere and then watch the debt mountain grow and grow. Once I understood the plan and got on board with Timberline Financial a ton of stress went away. I would and have recommended Timberline Financial to many people who I know need help resolving debt issues.

I have overall had a good experience with Timberline. However, on one of my accounts that was for over $11,000, I was able to make a settlement for just over $1100 or 10%. I called Timberline, they make the payment then charged me over $2500 in fees for that settlement. I don't think that is right and the amount should be put back in my account. They also charge monthly fees when they make monthly payments to settle an account. In some the fees are as much as or more than the settlement amount.

So all I can say is Timberline is the bomb. They have settled 3 of my five accounts and have two more accounts to go its been since 2016. I started it 568 credit score and now its 620. I hear some people say its a negative when you settle but the good thing is you can still rebuild your credit and its better than bankruptcy. Timberline has been thorough and understanding and is very knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone. There are no hidden costs, the fees are worth it better than paying the entire debt. They even have lawyers to assist when they cant and and I had to use AmerLit for one of my debts they are very thorough and helpful.

Horrible service and screws with your contract with no explanation as to why they can’t figure out how to draft the correct amount from your account. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TIMBERLINE FINANCIAL!!!

Timberline Financial Services has provided the guidance and support to eliminate a large debt to creditors. I prayed for help because I was drowning in credit card bills. My prayers were answered with a letter from Timberline and my calling their number. The initial set-up was guided by a counselor who guided me through the process and told me how to handle the calls and letters from the creditor that would be coming and with their guidance I was able to have a peace of mind during this process.The calls and letters did come but I was given a script to say and how to send in the statements from the creditors.The support teams are extremely courteous and will answer any issue that I might be experiencing including court summons and letters from lawyers. My debt was something that I alone could not handle and with my first contact with them they have been nothing but top rated. I thank them for helping me to work toward a debt free existence in this society. Timberline Financial service is highly recommended by me.
