My first purchase. Shipping was speedy. So pleased that I immediately placed another order.

Ignored my email and never gave me a confirmation email of my order! I ordered a pair of shoes that cost $74.00 and nothing! Only paypal sent a confirmation saying they took my money!!!! Wow, take my money and give me no product!? What is this? It is a scam. Glad I decided to check on other people's experiences, sadly after I already made an order.

Terrible service. I paid for two day shipping on an item and 4 business days later it still had not been shipped. After calling customer support multiple times with no answer, I finally got an answer on INSTAGRAM. INSTAGRAM!!! I emailed 3 times before calling. Still no answer. Someone promised to get down to the issue by the end of the day but instead of owning up to their lack of professionalism, they issue me a refund. No one ever bothered to email me back. Nor did they explain their reason for the mess up. This is not good business practice. Never shopping on this site again. Stick to DollsKill or buying directly from the Product lines because this shop obviously is lacking in customer service skills and cannot fulfill the most basic of tasks.

Great quality shoes at awesome prices.

I just collected my order of three pairs of supposedly new Irregular Choice shoes, however one pair has obviously been worn as the soles are marked / worn, and both of the shoes themselves are badly creased. This is incredibly disappointing. I will try contacting the company but in the past their customer service have ignored any emails.

I went to the website then it told me to spin a coupon after entering my email address which I didn’t even want to do. I couldn’t skip past the page so I did it anyway, it gave me 10% off and told me I had to use it within 30 minutes. I bought my shoes within 5 tried to use the coupon and it said that my $80 order was not enough to use the coupon. I didn’t even want to spin the wheel but after it wastes my time it didn’t even give me the 10% off
