I love the shoes

I purchased a single pair of Dr. marten boots in a size 8. Everything was fine until I got my shipment. One shoe was a size 8 and one shoe was a size 9. I contacted customer service and it took several emails for them to understand that I have a single pair of shoes with two different sized shoes (I had to reword the email over and over again, because they wanted to have me ship shoes back for no refund). After they finally grasped what happened they sent me a return label so I could get an exchange. After a week I still hear nothing so I contact customer service. They tell me that even though the website says my size is in stock, and the customer service rep said the exchange was possible, they don't have it. (which means the haven't had my size in stock for over a week but they still refuse to update the website to reflect the fact that something is no longer available). They promised a refund. Two weeks later I had to seek action with my credit card company because they refused to refund. Only after my credit card company reached out did they do a refund. Avoid at all costs.
