Very easy process to order!

Have been waiting 2 weeks for my delivery and now I have been told that I have to pay customs charges to the post office before I can have the goods. I paid 35 dollars delivery charge and was not told of any customs charges. U.K. Customers please do not purchase!

Even though the pair of shoes did not fit me, I was able to return them without any hassle. There was no other size available so they gave me a full refund. An excellent company with excellent products. My bad luck won't deter me from recommending this business!

Don't present prices and sizes in AUD, claim you're a global company, then tell me after you ship the incorrect size that your sizes are only in US measurements. Very disappointed by your shipping speed, customer service, and exchange policy, overseas customers have not been considered fairly at all. The only reason they get two stars is because the product would have been perfect if they had delivered the correct size as shown.
