Tiles and DecoReviews of tilesanddeco.com

We purchased the Saphire Blue 1x2 tile sheets and it came in about a day or two. It was so quick and came on a palette with lots of professional grade plastic wrap. Tile is beautiful but it does have more bluish purple hues in it than just all blue. We still love the tile and are using it for our water line tile but picture on website is all blue. But again we still love the uniqueness and color of it. I was able to email with someone who works at the shop and they gave me updates because our initial sample we ordered was delayed a week because it was stuck at the Miami port. We really appreciated the updates. Tile is not installed yet but good customer service and very timely shipping!

Everything was great except when I opened the box one of the tiles was broken. The box wasn't damaged so I don't know what occurred or when. I absolutely love the tile! That's why I ordered a couple more pieces!! Thanks.

can not get an answer on when it will ship or be delivered i have a tile man waiting to finish a job

I really love my tile.I had a problem receiving the first shipment but they responded quickly and immediately shipped a replacement for my missing order. My delay in receipt is the only reason for 4/5 stars.I am delighted with the product itself and their quick and helpful response.

Received a prompt and courteous email informing me that the wallpaper I ordered was on backorder and asking if I still wanted the wallpaper, which I do. The website did not indicate this status when I placed the order so my credit card was charged right away. I would have expected to have been refunded the money until the wallpaper was available and able to be shipped to me.

Love the tiles and they are vibrant. Just a few broken ones in shipping
