Tikamoon USAReviews of tikamoon.co

The furniture is excellent quality, we even inadvertently bought 4 chairs instead of 2 because we didn't expect 2 chairs for such a great price. They're very nice so we decided to keep them. The delivery guy even went above and beyond and brought the delivery to the 2nd floor.

Gorgeous headboard, actually it's the only one I want from the whole internet.

Love the furniture. Quick delivery. High quality

=== UPDATE: Tikamoon replied below saying that they've reached out via email. That's true but their reply was NOT helpful. They acknowledged I followed the proper care instructions (wipe down with a damp cloth) and their solution to the color damage was for me to buy sandpaper, a stain, and re-sand and stain the tabletop! If I had known all of that was required every time I cleaned the surface I definitely wouldn't have bought this. I don't have time to buy materials and perform light construction every time I need to clean the table. I requested to just return the table but they did not reply to that. Here's their exact reply: "We have now heard back from our Quality Department regarding your question. They recommend sanding the surface using 150–180 grit sandpaper, and then applying V33 Golden Oak wood stain." ==== ORIGINAL POST: I ordered the Maë - Solid Teak Console Table less than a year ago. Yesterday I went to clean it with a lint-free cloth and water, carefully following the care instructions and the surface was substantially discolored. I was hoping spending $500 on a console table would withstand a gentle cleaning. Even more disappointing, I emailed Tikamoon for help with resolution. They acknowledge receipt of my message and that they'd reply soon, but it's been 11 days and I haven't heard anything. If you're going to spend on higher end furniture, I suggest you buy somewhere that has more durable furniture and that stands behind their quality (or at least responds to customer service inquiries!)

The product (TV stand) I ordered arrived in good shape although the box was a bit beat up and it is exactly what I wanted. I am happy with the quality of the sliding doors and the build. I do think it needs to be treated eventually, but it did say it came unfinished, so all is good. The people that delivered it were also communicative and friendly.

Good quality furniture and prompt delivery.

Struggling to reach helpful customer service. Item was delivered without assembly parts and they have been no help. I have been in contact with customer service. They said they would send replacement assembly parts for a desk with black hardware that would need at the very least 4 large screws and bolts (in black as they would be exposed). Two medium silver screws arrived. I gave up on getting the parts and now have a return pick up scheduled but Tikamoon did not share the courier’s contact information so I have no way of confirming the pick up or following up if they don’t show. I also have no one to call at Tikamoon- their staff have been out of office for most of the summer and it’s been a struggle to speak to a real human.

I received a fantastic, well-made product (Antonia Teak Bench), and am very happy with the quality and design of it. Customer service was attentive and helpful for my delivery schedule, and made everything easy. All questions and concerns were addressed and I will definitely be buying from Tikamoon again.
