The freight arrived damaged, one piece severely broken and another was damaged from straps. Lauren has been a great help to have the freight carrier return to my house to take the damaged vanity back. The replacement arrived in perfect condition. Tikamoon is working with me on fair options for handing the more minor but visible damage to the mirror. They offered a replacement, but if I can fill the wood and not notice, then I'll keep it--they offered a discount for this. Otherwise, they offered to exchange the mirror too. The hassle is what it is with any freight carrier. But, Tikamoon has been very responsive to help and the vanity, linen cabinet, and mirror are all beautifully crafted. I would purchase from them again.

The furniture is excellent quality, we even inadvertently bought 4 chairs instead of 2 because we didn't expect 2 chairs for such a great price. They're very nice so we decided to keep them. The delivery guy even went above and beyond and brought the delivery to the 2nd floor.

Ordered a sideboard from Tikamoon - the color was a bit different from the official pictures (ironically, looked closer to another customer's instagram photo they show on the site) but overall still looked good in the house. The piece arrived with a couple defects. However, customer relations team was quick to respond and we reached a quick resolution that gave me a partial refund to handle the minor repairs myself without going through the hassle of packaging a large piece of furniture up for returns/exchange. Really appreciated the professionalism and Tikamoon team standing by their quality here by offering the convenient resolution. Special shoutout to Anne from customer relations team!
