I received my shoes and they were too small. TIJN offered to send me a larger size at no cost to me.

Love the cute shoes! The material is pretty good. It is a bit narrow so it might be better to get a size up. Customer service was prompt and a pleasure to deal with. For an overseas shipment, shipping was quick as well. Will definitely order more shoes from them in the future.

I love their knitted shoes! They are soft and comfortable. I ordered the Katrin in an 8 and I usually wear a 8.5 and they fit great. I found I needed a 9 for the Helka because of the shape and the fact that I have a bunion. I like their commitment to sustainability and their use of recycled materials. Their customer service was helpful when I emailed them

I’m always a bit worried ordering things overseas because there’s a lot of dishonest companies, but Tijnhome delivers. They have excellent, prompt customer service, great prices and very nice shoes. I plan to go on their website again if I need shoes. Beautiful, well made shoes. Packaged well too. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my 2 pairs in the mail.

TIJN are so helpful - I ordered two pairs of the Helka shoes but they size was too big for me. If you have narrow / non-wide feet they are definitely true to size, so you should order your regular size instead of sizing up like some other reviews suggest. The shoes are really cute, so I asked to return them for a smaller size and instead they are sending me two new, smaller sized pairs for no extra cost… amazing

The Helka black shoes are really cute and comfy, light weight which is nice for warmer days. By accident I ordered the wrong size and needed a 9 instead and they were super helpful in sending me a new pair. I’d definitely keep them on my radar for shopping more with them. I may even get the nude color!
