Partial deliver of an order placed for PPE. On chasing the remaining items customer service admitted that they no longer produce the items ordered! No contact to let me know and I’ve had to rush to source alternative PPE for my staff. I won’t be using again.

Ordered several products from Tiger Supplies. First order took 3 weeks to deliver, as they were out of stock. Been about 4 weeks now since my last order. Still waiting.

The whole process was fast and easy. Ordering and shipping was quick. Two screws were missing from the product which I had to request twice. Had to return an item for another size which went well all but the credit on the return. Requested the credit a few times and finally received it approximately a month after Tiger signed for the return.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for all the inconveniences that this has caused. We have discussed this with the returns/credits department to ensure that this does not occur again. We have also spoken to the manufacturer about the missing hardware.
