The order was shipped via R&L Carriers. When the company tried to deliver the item, it was refused. My company contacted Mr. Roefaro and said that if the item is going to be refused there will be a restocking fee and the shipping fee there and back (since this was shipped directly from the manufacturer) would have to be paid for by him or he has the option to have it redelivered. Mr. Roefaro agreed to the charges and the item was shipped back. We apologize that you are unhappy with our service however, the fees were agreed upon before being charged. We apologize that you were not notified that the toner was on back order. Generally, an email is sent out about any back ordered items. Thank you for your feedback!

We apologize for the mistake in shipping the item to the wrong address and for all the inconveniences this has caused. A refund has been issued to your credit card for part of the item you had ordered to help compensate for this mix-up and for any frustration this has caused. The new unit is scheduled to be delivered this week by UPS. We appreciates your feedback and we hope to do business with you in the future.
