I ordered a hard hat and paid for express delivery. I waited the four days that they said it would take. A few day after it didn't arrive on time I cancelled. They promised a refund but a week later I have nothing. I was told I cannot get refunded until the delivery company returned the hard hat. This is the same delivery company that couldn't deliver on time. Weeks later (today) I notified my bank and instructed them to conduct a charge back. This is one dodgy company that takes extra money for fast delivery but delivers nothing and then blames the delivery company. They claim it was the delivery company's fault and then tell you your refund is dependent on the same delivery company. Liars and thief's. Get your refund from your bank and just don't buy from them.

Tiger supplies sent me the wrong color item even though the item numbers are different. This is most likely because web version of the order doens't show the item number and employees just went by the product name; the correct item number does show on the printed invoice but either nobody cares or they just didn't bother looking and checking. I have emailed Tiger supplies to ask for rectification but as usual they take their time responding.

Been waiting on refund since christmas. Sent numerous emails and phoned. Some emails read some deleted before read. 1st and last time ordering from them. Returned one item from a £130 order and it cost me £35 to return

Order placed - 3 weeks go by with no update. I call and get a customer service agent (Claire) over the phone who was very short to the point of being rude when I inquired politely as to what is going on. Was promised an email immediately after the call to be able to track the order that was never provided. A follow up email was sent to which the CSR agent responded that she never said that (she did) and that I would have to continue to wait until their 3rd party vendor who was drop shipping the item could provide an update. I told her to cancel the order, I was not going to continue to wait on top of the 3 weeks I already did for their vendor to figure it out. Their support essentially called me a liar when in fact they acted as if what they had told me never happened which is quite incredulous. Poor service, poor communication. Will not ever do business with again

We ordered a pipe laser battery for a job that we needed to start a week and a half from time of the order. The order was placed 10/26/2018, I just received the email that it had shipped finally on 1/10/2019. Emailed countless times asking about where the battery was and all I ever got back was we will look into it and then nothing after that until today. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

No body really cares at this place. Placed overnight order on Thursday Sep 20 Assuming we would receive Monday sept 24. No confirmation no communiication at all. I paid the overnight fee of over $100. I called them today Wedsday Sep 26th. No answer!!! Called several time. They indicated to email into a live chat room. They responded saying they were closed for 1 week September 24 thru 29th. Any other company would have shipped out on Friday the 21st. They said were closed and will not ship till October 3rd. I asked about the overnight status. They just hung up. Closed for Jewish Holidays. Yes right my order was in befor the holiday and was to be overnight delivered. Don’t trust this outfit!!!! I will spread the word.

Never use this company. Ordered 6 staff gauges and only 2 were shipped to me. They made zero effort to correct their mistake and I'm still waiting on a refund. They gave me a date that they would process the refund on, then let weeks go by and gave me another date weeks in the future. I doubt they'll actually refund my money. I'm also reporting them to better business bureau. Wish I had read reviews on them before ordering and wish I could give zero stars.

My Company ordered a blue print rack. The rack was not what my boss wanted. Contacted Tiger Supplies multiple times for return after many run- around's from Tiger Supplies employees and having to contact BBB we finally received our credit for item. Not to forget to mention we had to pay the original shipping charge along with the return shipping charge. These were not credited. Totaling $36.45. This is a company I will never buy from or deal with again in the future. Save yourself the headache and your money.
