I didn’t get the masks I ordered 2 tiger for Clemson

The outline black color of the mask online isn't the same in person. The outline on the mask I received is gray.

Quality of the elastic bands could have been better...already freysd and overstretched

Would be 5 stars if they would ship faster. They packaged my item on the 13th and it didn’t ship until the 18th. Other than that everything is great. Just speed up shipping times or offer free shipping

Didn’t get a tracking number for shipping

We did a pick up in the store and you would assume you would get an email saying when your order is ready so you can come pick it up. Well, apparently after I called it is “assumed” you just come after 24 hours processing time. It should say it somewhere on your website or confirmation email the instructions on how to pick up in store. Merchandise was just fine.

I still cannot get a pair of men's large ORANGE sweat pants I also cannot get a Clemson winter jacket to replace my existing Nike winter jacket
