The Clemson Jackets were perfect, the paw stamp was great too.... BUT I specifically called and asked if the stamp pad was washable or permanent ink. It didn’t say in the listing and she said she thought it was permanent. When I received it... it clearly said it was washable and NOT a permanent ink... completely defeating the entire purpose of the stamp & ink.

THIS WAS ORDERED ON 7/30. WEB SITE SAID 5-7 DAYS. IT HAS BEEN 7 DAYS AND STILL NO ITEM NOT EVEN SHIPPING INFO.
