This is why your trades were automatically closed when the limit was exceeded. Hello, I’m sorry to hear about your experience. However, I want to clarify that High-Frequency Trading (HFT) is indeed allowed. Our support team has informed you that clients using HFT typically do so via copy trading between platforms such as MetaTrader/DxTrade and MatchTrader. We even provided you with the names of specific tools to facilitate this. These tools are specifically designed for copying trades between platforms. Can you also send us your discord id ? It s not possible that you have been banned unless you had unapropriate behaviour, please share your discord id, I will personnally look at this topic.
