Hello, I have experience in this prop firm sector. I just found out that they can't use Rise, the only payment method they use, the're banned from this service, this means that the used Rise in a bad way and Rise had to ban them. Please don't use this prop firm. I have used Rise many times before and it is in perfect working condition. I have even withdrawn money from Rise when other companies have paid me. Having explained this, this company currently owes me 4800 dollars from the first withdrawal from my 100k account, on November 8 I asked to please withdraw my money having obtained the minimum of 5% of my 100k account, after a week without hearing nothing from them I Contact customer service. On November 18th they reset my account, without any prior notice, I immediately contacted them and they told me not to worry that they were processing my payment, it almost gave me a heart attack. After some time talking to customer support they tell me that the KYC documents must be verified to be able to make the payment, I already knew this and since SEPTEMBER 16 they have been uploaded waiting for verification, as they do not have the documents verified It is impossible for the company to pay me my 5% in Rise, it seems to me not to be fair, and Tiger Funded plays with this to not pay me the 4,800 dollars. Although it may seem incredible after the treatment that the support has given me and all the waiting, I have once again obtained the 5% profit on my 100k account but since the first payment has not been processed, unfortunately I cannot request the second payment. The customer support service offered is unfortunate, throughout this process I have been communicating with customer support and at no time have I been given any solution, they have only forced me to wait while they treated me like a fool and idiot, taking even 3 hours to respond to discord messages, only to keep me waiting "contacting with the payouts team", and saying "you will we updated tomorrow". It is unfortunate that this company lies to its users, promising them very good conditions, to "take the bait" and thus lie to your face and defraud you of the money that all trading accounts cost. In my case, they have scammed me €600 from two accounts. 100k. I need this 10% of total profit for my family and for myself, I will probably never get it, that's why I can only warn everyone that this company plays with your feelings and wastes your time, and they treat you like an idiot , I should have invested my time in any other company with a reputation. I would have loved to work with them due to the conditions they promise, but of course, the average "16 hours" in payouts is a lie, everything is a lie, everything they advertise on their website is a lie it's a completly SCAM. I am completely frustrated and have no desire to continue giving them time, therefore I am in communication with companies that are experts in prop trading claims to be able to collect my benefits. Edit: 3 weeks later they just contacted me with this reason to not give the 1 payment "However, after a thorough review of your recent payout request, we regret to inform you that it has been declined. Our external service provider, responsible for validating all payout requests, found that it goes against the rules outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which we are obligated to follow." As you all can see this is a completly scam and i will do whatever it takes to take down this site. Just so you now, the 10 terms of services of this scam prop firms says "Termination, We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services any time without prior notice FOR ANY REASON" Scam alert.... My Kyc documents and profile still not updated, because if they do they will be facing punitive damages and then even if the're in a "tax heaven" they will have to comply with the UE. Don't fall for it traders, they are a scam. Also check 5 stars rewius....... are they real, or are they bots? They banned me on Discord, the only thing that i've been saying is to please check my open ticket, and if it's normal to be waiting 3 weeks for a payment. They still owe me the second 5% of benefits that i've done. And to be real the first payment too the can't tell me why i broke the "terms and conditions", it's just and excuse to not pay me because the can't. 4 E-mails sent, no answer.

Had to wait over 2 months for a payout, i was promised several times I would receive my payout, lots of false hope empty promises, then was told it had been declined, been promised a refund and a reset of my account, but still waiting, I’ve spoken to loads of people having the same problem with this prop firm, don’t waste your time and money

I have had my payout denied so no reason what so ever and was promised a refund over a month ago and I still haven’t received this refund. The support ignore my emails and don’t reply Give me my payout or my refund Avoid at all costs please

I'm genuinely exhausted of chasing Tigerfunded support as they blatantly lie all the time. They told me twice now that my refund was processed, but I have not received a penny back. They have scammed over 20+ people (that's only the ones I know of) by refusing payouts and blocking them on discord. If you search hashtag tigerfunded on X, you will see everything for yourself. Don't buy into their promos as they won't pay you anything.

horrible. this is a scam company yall. i did one challenge and quit . kicked from discord for asking why people were getting payouts denied . admins would delete any comment, questions related to payouts, any many others. even there emails have typos lmao if you cant see the red flags . look here. dont waste your time or money. this company is already being investigated . they will not be around much longee

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Tiger Funded is a complete SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! After passing the two challenges, I was given a funded account of $300,000. I made $19,000 in profit within just five days. On the seventh day, I received an email saying my account was reset to zero! I’ve opened multiple tickets, written to customer service, and sent countless emails. Their customer service is terrible! After days of waiting, they finally responded, claiming it’s “normal procedure” to reset accounts when you submit a payout request—except I NEVER requested a payout! When I asked how to track the payout status, I was told there’s no way to do so. Their website offers no information about payout progress. My profit of $19,000 has vanished, and I haven’t received a single cent! To make matters worse, I never even entered my payout details, so their explanation is completely ridiculous. After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not alone. Most people have the same complaints, and the few 5-star reviews they have are clearly fake. I probably won’t get my money back, but I’m writing this to warn others: STAY AWAY from these scammers!

Bad customer page. Lost a challenge even when I followed accuratly my floating lose and it never touch the daily drawdown. Also I calculate in the history of my win and lose trade : the daily drawdown has never reached but.. ok for TigerFunded it's a fail. I wrote a mail about and they send me just a kind of "dear customer, we checked and yes you lose" (I exagerate for the irony but it's near of that). They never send me the proof. I give just 1 star because of a reactive customer service.

It's been over a month since I asked for a payout (account 441413) and no news... it's not professional! I sent emails to support. I created a ticket on discord (ticket 1196). And no news! 6 weeks already... And today they banned me from discord ! Big SCAM. Be careful
