I recently used Tidal Jets for a corporate retreat, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The aircraft was state-of-the-art, and the in-flight service was exceptional. These guys are the real deal! I absolutely LOVED the experience Ethan provided from the moment he took on our trip. We had a difficult last minute request that I was freaking out about. Ethan approached the situation so calmly, made me feel extremely comfortable, and took all of an hour to find us an aircraft, the time slot, the budget, and all of the catering. Not only that, they provided ground transportation for us! 10/10 recommend.

I am leaving this review anonymously as I do not wish to get involved further than to warn others about working with this company. I had a friend get hired, with a signed contract, to work for this company for a one week trial doing admin tasks before coming on board full time. She was so upset with this experience that she did not feel she was able to write this herself. She sat in on meetings, did calendar scheduling, etc. When it came time to pay her, the CEO Ethan disappeared. Didn't answer any emails, calls, or texts. He was to pay her regardless of if they moved forward or not. After she repeatedly reached out for several weeks, he finally emerged with very bizarre excuses and behavior such as "he sleeps a lot during the day," and "his phone broke." I own my own business and I have never seen anything like this. He then told her he was sending her check via UPS but refused to send any type of tracking information. He never answered her again and of course the check never arrived. He got her on board for this trial week by showering her with a great deal of misinformation. He told her she would be jetting around the world with him on more than 50 flights a year, that she would be making well over 100k a year as a personal assistant (which then dwindled down to 80k mysteriously in the contract), and spoke very boastfully about this lavish life she would be a part of. I hope this review reaches anyone that is considering working for Tidal Jets or putting faith in their company. I am unsure what the scam is to be honest but if I had to guess, Ethan preys on people with the illusion of a very luxurious lifestyle to get them to work for free for a while, and I also think he looks for these people that he swindles to invest, as he did state to her early on that she could receive stock in the company. Please beware. I wish we were able to find a review like this when we dug in to the company before she signed up. If you see red flags, make sure to pay attention.

As someone who has utilized private aviation services for both business and personal travel, I have had my fair share of experiences with charter companies. However, my recent association with Tidal Jets Inc. was nothing short of remarkable, setting a new benchmark for excellence. From the moment I made an inquiry, their professionalism shone through. The sales team is knowledgeable, transparent, and their commitment to avoiding overcharging was evident—a rare trait in this sector. The entire booking process was smooth, and streamlined, allowing me to focus on my trip rather than logistical intricacies. The aircraft itself was meticulously maintained. Every detail, from the upholstery to the in-flight amenities, was curated to offer an exceptional experience. Safety protocols were rigorously followed, making me feel secure throughout my journey.
