Sharp tounge associate can't listen and makes assumptions.
Called in to ask questions about medical insurance for a trip and the person that picked up the phone wasn't interested in even talking about any of our questions. Even after expressing the intent to book with the person that helps us. Still got completely blown off --- DO NOT CALL HERE. NOT WORTH THE TIME TO DIAL THE NUMBER. Never, ever, talked to anyone in the travel business that has been uninterested in helping and making a sale. Booked two trips to Hawaii through other travel agents. Those companies are no longer in business and were looking for a new one. It will not be this business. --- then after posting a Google review to let everyone know what happen, he continued with a response that is completely lies to save face. Two people were on the phone call friend. Can't lie about that.

Kevin is not our client and never booked a trip with our agency. As he is saying in his review, he only called to ask questions on a cruise package that he bought somewhere else. "Kevin, not each question has an answer in adult world" and we/I can't answer for other agency what insurance will be the best for the package you bought with them. It is also not fair to buy in one place and try to get more information from an agency that did not make that sale, it's an ABUSE. More so, if you need to buy travel insurance, why did you can at almost 8PM to a travel agency if you could simply call directly to a travel insurance provider. We did not provide any services to this person and this review does not reflect our company ability to provide service and care.
