Sri Lanka tour 31/07/2026-10/08/2026Disappointed that we did not get to visit the capital of Sri Lanka on my recent trip. I feel we spent too much time on the bus daily. Also the last day we were in a hotel for 7 hrs no outside places to visit and very little info to fill in the time. When one of the guests got sick there was very little help from guide.

I've been using ticketsconfirmed.com as my travel agency for the past 8 years. We've planned well over twenty trips together, all over the world. I feel very fortunate to have found such a competent, intelligent, helpful, and well-traveled travel agent. Steve has been all over the world himself, so his advice is based on personal experience, not just what he has read in guidebooks or found online. He has helped my family and me plan a wide variety of trips of all different styles and costs. His advice, recommendations, and travel arrangements have always been thoughtful, cost-effective, and accurate. Especially for more remote and difficult itineraries, I've felt more confident knowing that Steeve is standing behind me if something might go wrong with my itinerary. He works with a wide variety of excellent ground operators all over the world. He is also very knowledgeable about cruises, and has helped us book the best cruises for our tastes and interests, and has always gotten us the best possible prices. My wife and I have been to 72 countries now, and have had remarkably few travel misadventures. In our opinion, you couldn't do better than to choose Ticketsconfirmed.com and Steve to be your travel agents.

Called in to ask questions about medical insurance for a trip and the person that picked up the phone wasn't interested in even talking about any of our questions. Even after expressing the intent to book with the person that helps us. Still got completely blown off --- DO NOT CALL HERE. NOT WORTH THE TIME TO DIAL THE NUMBER. Never, ever, talked to anyone in the travel business that has been uninterested in helping and making a sale. Booked two trips to Hawaii through other travel agents. Those companies are no longer in business and were looking for a new one. It will not be this business. --- then after posting a Google review to let everyone know what happen, he continued with a response that is completely lies to save face. Two people were on the phone call friend. Can't lie about that.

Kevin is not our client and never booked a trip with our agency. As he is saying in his review, he only called to ask questions on a cruise package that he bought somewhere else. "Kevin, not each question has an answer in adult world" and we/I can't answer for other agency what insurance will be the best for the package you bought with them. It is also not fair to buy in one place and try to get more information from an agency that did not make that sale, it's an ABUSE. More so, if you need to buy travel insurance, why did you can at almost 8PM to a travel agency if you could simply call directly to a travel insurance provider. We did not provide any services to this person and this review does not reflect our company ability to provide service and care.

Awesome agency, got me a great deal a a trip to Cancun at a great price. I pretty much thought that travel agencies had become useless with Expedia and all of the online sites but, these guys got me a better deal than anything I found online and it included a bunch of extra bonuses like resort credits and room upgrades.

services was fine, but they should provide more information about luggage sizes for each airline because they all have their own rules. It didn't saved my time to look for it.

Had a great experience booking our honeymoon at Tickets Confirmed - Travel Agency! They were so extremely helpful and very patient. They sat with us several times and went through different islands and places to go to that were all inclusive. They were very knowledgeable and with their expertise we were so grateful and very happy with our choice. They were not pressuring and helped us find our dream honeymoon destination. My husband and I had an amazing time and we cannot wait to book our next vacation with Tickets Confirmed - Travel Agency! Thank you again Tickets Confirmed - Travel Agency!
