I bought tickets from Gotickets for Segerstrom Center for the Arts. I accessed my tickets from a smartphone and when I chatted with GOtickets they said as long as I had wallet.scfta.org link that Segerstrom would have my tickets; THEY DIDN"T. I had to leave the line and then go to the ticket counter where they luckily issued me a ticket voucher. DON"T Buy tickets from GOtickets!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful experience visiting the Sagrada Família with our guide, Yassir from Touring Panda. From the very beginning, he was warm, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the entire tour both enjoyable and meaningful for all of us. Yassir explained the history, symbolism, and architectural details in a clear and captivating way, bringing Gaudí’s vision to life. What truly stood out was his passion and ability to connect the deeper meaning of the basilica with personal reflection, making the experience not just informative, but also memorable and moving. We highly recommend Yassir to anyone visiting the Sagrada Família. He made our visit truly special, and we are very grateful for such a rich and inspiring experience. Visit day was 29-03-2026 Manuela, Paulo e Pedro from Portugal

Tickets arrived after the concert, despite being "guaranteed" they would arrive on time. Asked for refund and, not surprisingly, no response.

A ticket website that is a cross between a fraud & and scam. I bought two tickets in November for a January show in Philadelphia from this website. However, after I paid by credit card and the link to the tickets was sent, it was revealed for the first time that the seats were "Obstructed View." I immediately emailed customersupportATtickets.com to take advantage of their "100% Buyer Guarantee". I received no response. In mid December, I emailed them again...still no response. However, I continued to get the weekly offers from Tickets.com of other events in my area. As of Dec 29, still have not heard from them. I have scoured their website for a phone number to talk to them...there is none. However, the biggest clue that this is a scam site is that they provide links for you to download their App to "Chat instantly in our app for the quickest solutions." When you click on the App download, it takes you to the app for another online ticket seller, Vivid Seats, which according to ChatGPT has no relationship with Tickets.com. The FTC should investigate this fraudulent company!

Totally ripped off. Ticket prices were $250 each when at the venue tickets were less than $100 each. Don't ever use Tickets.com.

Bought tickets. They changed the price last minute. I agreed to $25 but then my card was charged $75 per person. They are cheating people out of money. I am not even using the tickets and they refuse to refund. Charged way more than I agreed and of course they won't refund. They lie, no costomer service and not helpful at all. Abusing trust. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL BE OVER CHARGED AND THEY DO NOT CARE! There service ad support sucks.
