I purchased 2 tickets for the Iamsu show last night at The Catlyst in Santa Cruz through the Songkick page, I clicked on Iamsu, get tickets. It took me to Ticketfly and I purchased the two tickets. I drive 2 hours to the venue you find out the tickets were for Wifisfuneral who was also playing The Catalyst in The Atrium, which was a separate show on another part of the venue. I was very disappointed to say the least. I not only wasted money on tickets, but gas and a hotel room. Songkick should NEVER have a buy tickets link that gets you tickets for the wrong show. I deleted my app and will not be using Songkick or Ticketfly again. I WANT A REFUND!!!

Avoid at all cost. Worst customer service ever. Bought tickets. Advertised event changed dramatically. Waited 45 minutes on hold only to be denied a refund. Never again!

Extremely difficult to reach. Been trying for days now. Absolutely ludicrous.

I paid an extra 50% of the ticket costs in "service fees." What extra services were those, exactly? I certainly haven't received any. If it weren't for their outrageous added fees, I could have afforded the next tier of tickets for the show - but then that extra 50% would have gone to people that actually DO something. Funny how that works. Ticketfly is a leech that makes money hand over fist doing absolutely nothing. Any money they make should have gone to the artists and venues they do business with instead. This company is a perfect example of what's wrong with the modern entertainment industry.

Love Bonamassa. We have seen him multiple times. Unfortunately this will be the last time, if he continues to use Ticketfly to sell his tickets. We bought tickets April 4th, after a prolonged issue with both of my emails that were "already registered" (even the one I had just set up. We finally set an account up with my husband's email account and bought the tickets. Tonight I attempted to buy two more tickets. It sais there was no account with my husband's email. . Still have to get access to print the tickets. No easy way to contact. No reply at FB where it says they answer immediately. I want competition for Ticketmaster, but I expect a professional site that handles hundreds of dollars in a single transaction.
