After reviewing your booking, we found that the email address entered during the booking process contained a typographical error (gmial.com instead of gmail.com). As our ticket delivery is fully automated through our API, the vouchers were sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase, which unfortunately prevented successful delivery. We also noted that we did not receive any email, WhatsApp message, or other communication regarding the missing tickets prior to this review. Had we been informed, we would have resolved the issue immediately. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we promptly shared the tickets via WhatsApp, ensuring they were available for your visit. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we are always happy to assist whenever an issue is brought to our attention.
