Worst service ever, I’m a truck driver and I was cut off nasty and to avoid an accident I moved to 3rd lane and jumped back in no more than 500 feet when a chp saw me switching back but he was barley entering a the fwy. His word against “an attorney” means gold. So don’t waste your money on these people it’s a scam and all they do is get your money and you lose and still have to pay more money. Lesson learned, next time big accident.

I called for a consultation. I felt the initial conversation was rushed straight to the money part. I didn't get to the actual consultation. I just said thank you and hung up.

It will end up costing you more in the long run going with these lawyers. First time speeding ticket and still had to pay the ticket-pay the ticket clinic- and take the school to get points off my license. They did absolutely nothing except cost me more money. They used to be legit, but unfortunately not anymore. Also to call and get questions answered is next to impossible. Most do not even speak English very well that answer their phones or have very little information. Do not bother

THEY ARE LIER AND A BIG SPAM! i got a $320 ticket.called them and and they said that dont worry,i dont have to pay that they have a really good lawyer. yesterday i got a letter i have to pay $303 court fee-my background was already clear,never been in the court or had problem with the law in my life. i payed$100 for the ticket clinic and now i have to pay $303 for court fee???? my original penalty was $320 when i called them they came up with a lot of b@#$ this company nothing but a corrupt company!!!

I am writing to express my deep displeasure with the legal representation provided by your office in my recent DUI case. Throughout the duration of my case, I felt that my attorney barely provided assistance and seemed primarily focused on closing the case quickly, rather than advocating for my best interests. Despite assurances of thorough representation, I found myself facing pressure to accept a plea offer without feeling fully informed about my options or the likelihood of success at trial. Furthermore, it was disheartening to discover that the plea offer presented to me was identical to the one provided before my attorney even went to court on my behalf from the state. This left me feeling as though my attorney had not put forth the necessary effort to negotiate on my behalf or explore alternative strategies for resolution. Given these circumstances, I am deeply disappointed in the level of service I received from your office. The experience was completely at odds with the standards advertised on your website. I want to emphasize that I take my contractual commitments seriously, but I also believe it is essential to address the significant shortcomings in the representation I received. Throughout the duration of my case, I found it incredibly frustrating that communication from your office was minimal, and it often only occurred when payment was due. Despite assurances of ongoing support and guidance, I felt largely left in the dark about the progress of my case and any pertinent updates. Additionally, I was dismayed by the infrequency of direct interaction with my attorney. In fact, I only had the opportunity to meet with the attorney twice: once during a court appearance via a monitor and once while I was in jail. This lack of face-to-face communication and engagement greatly hindered my ability to feel informed and supported throughout the legal process. Effective communication is paramount in legal matters, and the absence of such communication from your office had a detrimental impact on my overall experience. It is deeply concerning that despite being contractually bound to provide representation and support, the level of communication and engagement fell far short of expectations. I urge you to address these communication shortcomings within your office to ensure that future clients receive the level of support and transparency they deserve.

If I could give zero I would! Not because I had to eventually pay a ticket that never had to be issued by a racist cop who decided he was casually giving me a ticket admitting that I over cautiously made an improper right turn out of a turning lane, but because he could, so did. Ticket clinic failed as they never called back after they got my money, and after 2 calls that all was well, still had to pay and ended up paying higher than the fine as they sent me silent email with no phone call as a reminder that I had to pay or the outcome of the case, which resulted in me paying them, the fine, and a late charge! Completely discourteous behavior and no professionalism to ensure I knew what I had to when it mattered most! I’ll keep spreading the word. They should at least pay the late charge! Some lawyers, making them liars!

I had the same horrible experience with the Ticket Clinic as a person who filed a complaint on here. I had received a citation for a speeding ticket in St Petersburg, Fl and contacted The Ticket Clinic online to get the fee waived or at least lowered. I had used Ticket Clinic in the past and was happy with their services. This time, not so much. There was a traffic hearing in court which they said i did not have to attend, their attorney would handle everything. So I didn't attend. I think their attorney didn't do too much of anything! They got the 'points removed' & withheld ajudication - big deal! I could have done that myself without paying them $100 for their help (this was actually offered as an option on the citation stating I could take a course online and have no points assessed etc!) I still had to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the citation - $256! They did not get it waived and they did not even get the amount lowered! I feel it was a waste of my money. I tried to contact their customer support to complain and ask for a refund of my $100 - NO ONE even replied to my email from that company! Horrible customer service! And now Horrible results too! SAVE YOUR MONEY! I don't recommend them and won't ever use them again!

after paying $1500 the lawyer didn't show up the first 2 times and the 3rd they got me the exact same deal the court offered everyone that was there that day. when i told them that's not what we discussed they left the case to sit until i was called to court for contempt months later for not following the agreement the lawyer never tried to change or let me know i needed to do!! why pay for someone to waste your time. i missed 4 days of work and paid $1500 plus court fines etc of about $1040 for a simple speeding ticket! not worth the time or money at all.
