A straight up scam. I had an easy ticket to fight and would’ve been better off going to court myself. Only hired them because people were telling me it’s better than going in yourself. They don’t ask any details about your traffic stop and just appear in court and take a guilty plea without trying to fight at all. They don’t care if you lose they just want to take your money. Do not use this service at all if you care about points on your license or taking traffic school. They tell you that there’s a no traffic school and money back guarantee if they don’t win and then act clueless when they inevitably lose your case. Stay away.

Charging someone 2,550 for a simple improper lane change is mind blowing ! I do not recommend this service to anyone in their right mind . They can't even type correctly!

I hired the ticket clinic to handle my dui case and it was the worst experience ever. They dragged their feet the whole process, and kept giving me the run around. They quoted me $3300 to retain Mr. Chris Outlaw who did a horrible job on my case. After all was said and done he did not help me in no way shape or form. I had a public defender in the beginning of my case, and he told me I should take the plea deal, which was me pleading guilty, that is the reason I hired the ticket clinic because I thought they would do a better job. Well after 6 months of dragging my case out Mr. Outlaw thought I should take the plea deal also. I say all this to say, it may not be so bad going with a public defender, as I would've saved $3300 not hiring the ticket clinic

The lawyer just dragged out the case. Then he sent me.letters saying he moved the case to a later date. I then get a letter of him claiming No-Lo which is basically another way to saying guilty. I recommend learning all you can at a course house by reading blacks law and look up case laws on how someone else won a case and use it as evidence. Be careful because a lot of courts don't use judges they use commissioners who will stop the case go back behind closed doors and make a plan to try to beat you into submission. Ticket clinic in my opinion is a massive scam. It's not worth spending hard earned money for a crooked system Please protect one another and if you have info on how to beat a case please share and vice versa Also CHP is a tax collecting agency for the franchise tax board read their dirty collective bargaining agreement you will be disgusted

I’m veteran CDL driver and I have been client before with the ticket clinic located in Huntington Park California. The communication is excellent, recently I needed this service again. The communication regarding my citation after the lawyer that represented my citation in court was handled, the issue is the ticket clinic just emailed me with the fee to be rendered. This office personnel acted very unprofessional with the lame excuse for my situation. I would not recommend using this service it’s in my opinion not worth the hassle and the fee they charge doesn’t match their service!

So much went wrong. I had a very simple case and realize now I could have gotten a public defender but anyway the firm doesn't believe in communication basically you pay them for no reason it seems. I never got any notification about trial dates or anything I had to find out on my own not to mention when there was a clerical error I had a warrant out for my arrest for over a week with no notification at all. I had to contact them to get them to do something about it, and luckily I got it cleared up. Now I'm coming to the end of my case and now the lawyer quits on me at the last second and they extend my case to next month which pushes my case another 2 weeks to who knows how much longer. What a joke of a place and all the lawyers they are really rob you of your money and make you feel dumb. Go anywhere else

Only 1 star so I could leave a review!! So a month or more ago I called the ticket clinic and went through the process of paying them for a speeding ticket I received in Georgia! Well my court date was July 10 and I’ve constantly called them to check the status and always get the same response, we will contact you when a decision is made! I even called today while at work and was told not to worry everything was being handled! Well I get home from work today and have a letter from the court stating I’m now in contempt of court and have 30 days to pay this fine! This place is garbage thus far!

Had one ticket one time for not having a complete stop at intersection. Paid $100 for service and $179 of ticket price Had a second ticket months later for going straight on a turn right lane, had paid $100 for service and $202 more instead of the $179 ticket. Complete ripoff. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!
