I hired this company to represent me in court. once they had my money they totally ghosted me. I had a hard time emailing and wanted to make sure they got it. I delt with Luis and when he didnt call me back I delt Maria. She was no better. I asked to speak to a superviser and Maria hemmed and hawed. Looks like I will have to drive to Georgia and represent myself. If they cant call me back how can I trust them to show up for court?

Made promises that were untrue. I could have just gone to court myself. I would have spent less money. I followed up with them once my insurance went up after being promised this wouldn’t happen. They had me order another mvr( more wasted money) and no one ever called me back. I emailed the person I was working with. Crickets. The company is a SCAM!!

I paid $1,200 to hire this firm for an excessive speeding ticket and, unfortunately, did not feel the service justified the cost. The only time I spoke directly with an attorney was when I requested one at the time of hire — and that interaction felt rushed and dismissive. After that, all communication, including my case outcome, was handled strictly through email with no real access to counsel. The final result was a Deferred Prosecution Agreement requiring me to plead guilty, complete 50 hours of community service, take an 8-hour defensive driving course, and pay prosecution costs within a set timeframe. Given that I’ve had no criminal or traffic violations in the past 7 years, I believe this is an outcome I could have achieved on my own without paying for representation. Overall, I did not feel supported or adequately represented.

they are scam artists - do not trust this firm - JUST go find someone else - 100% fraud - find someone real, local and someone you can talk to - these click bait orgs, you will end up talking to someone with absolutely no idea. You will never find an attorney - i doubt even if they have one.

Absolute garbage. My original ticket was $130. I paid ticket clinic $80 to take care of it. Then I never heard from them again. Months later now I owe the court $240 and my license is suspended because these people did absolutely nothing. They won’t even give me a refund to help offset the costs. Do not recommend. They take your money and let the court suspend your license with no warning. Response to ticket clinic: Don’t act like you care to make things right now. I spent hours on the phone with you patiently explaining my situation and kindly begging for a refund. I was met with indifference. “Sorry no refunds under any circumstance.” I’m not wasting any more time on this. People deserve to know that you are taking advantage of their vulnerable and desperate situations.

Scam alert. Do not trust this company. They will take your money but they will not do anything that you cannot do for yourself. Stay away! They are part of the problem, not a solution. Ticket Clinic will not address the review but will instead deny it and claim they have no record of the case, which is apparently another part of the company MO.

My experience was terrible. Months later I still haven't heard anything for them in regards to what happened with my case. They've never reached out to me. I've had to call numerous times and been told to continue to wait and that my case was being escalated. Do not use the ticket clinic!

Terrible. You ended up paying a lot more. Scam. Stay away or you will pay extra
