Absolutely stay away from them. I specifically hired them for a bogus speeding ticket I got, wanting to get the fine thrown out. The ticket was itself too expensive, and unfair, so I after looking around online this place was recommended. They are expensive but would have been cheaper than paying the ticket. 2 1/2 months later the only communication I ever got from them was when I personally called to get a check in. Finally the results are that the points were dropped, something you can removed for free with a course online. But the fine wasn't dropped. I contacted and they refused to refund. So all in all they made the situation WORSE by adding to the fine. Stay away from predatory places like this.

They kept the points off my license which i could have done or anyone else. Just ask for a court date. Plead no contest, ask judge to without adjudication which he does 99% of the time and pay the ticket. So don’t waste $100 on ticket clinic when you can do it.

Danny Taub ESQ does not work for his clients, he works with the state. I was illegally stopped in Key west for no registration, but i had a clearly posted operating permit displayed in my back window. I was not written a ticket for speeding or blowing a red light because no infractions of this type occurred. The case should have been dismissed due to no probable cause for the traffic stop, but Danny refused to fight for this. Not only did he threaten me with jail time, he told me I had to sell my truck. The firm wanted $2,000 to fight this case and when it came down to it did not fight at all. I would highly recommend not hiring this false defense attorney. You would be better off saving your money and going with a public defender.

Got my first minor traffic ticket ($166) in 15 years of driving and really wish I had just elected traffic school instead of using ticket clinic. I only found out later that traffic school is cheap ($10), easy, all online and avoids court fees and points on your license. Ticket clinic makes promises they can't keep and I ended up paying them $100 for their "services," the full cost of my ticket, then another $155 in courts costs, plus the fuel and time it took to bring documents and dash cam footage to their office in person because they could not figure out how to open digital files sent by email. I don't even know if what I supplied them made it into the right hands because I never knew who my lawyer was or what was happening with my case until many MONTHS later when I got the final results. During those months I got multiple letters in the mail warning me that my driving license would soon be suspended because I guess someone somewhere didn't file paperwork in time. The kicker was I still have to do traffic school after all the extra money paid. If you can freely elect traffic school yourself for your ticket, do not bother wasting money on ticket clinic. Never again!

They hold zero responsibilty for their actions. Got a proof of registration ticket, along with a speeding ticket. Figured I would let them handle both. They asked for a copy of my registration. I provided it same day. They did not submit it to courts. Both tickets went to court without my knowledge. I assumed reg ticket was cleared and expected to pay 10 dollar fee. Nope, got hit with 120 dollar court cost, because they failed to submit my proof. Had I known ,( Which they conviently did not tell me). I could have just emailed my proof of registratiin to courts. Now I am just told, Sorry. But I have to pay! Disgracefull, people don't admit their lack ability to do their job. And stand behind their buisiness. Last time I use them, and suggest everyone else look elsewhere to have your tickets handled. Thank you for costing me even more money TICKET CLINIC!!

Very disappointing experience with Daniel Taub & Ticket Clinic in Tavenier, FL. After paying $6000., communication was extremely poor and I often could not reach my lawyer for months. Also, when I did reach him he seemed irritated and annoyed. Actually, we never met in person, he was based in West Palm Beach, even though Ticket Clinic had an office in Key Largo, that is still a distance from me in Key West but he never made the trip down. Also, he never appeared in court for me, he failed to file the paperwork saying I didn’t need to appear, and that forced me to take time off work. When I finally went to court to close out my case, after meeting all my probation requirements to reduce my charge, he wasn’t there, even though I needed my lawyer present to sign off on the case. Fortunately, another attorney stepped in and helped resolve everything. Based on my experience, I would never recommend Daniel Taub or Ticket Clinic. Basically, they took my money and left me to navigate the system on my own. Very unprofessional and uncaring of their clients. Buyers beware! NOTE: Ticket Clinic's standard reply is they don't have record of your case. That's just BS! DO NOT USE THEM.

I got a speeding ticket in Georgia for going significantly over the speed limit. I hired the ticket clinic of Georgia to represent me. A few days before my court date I received one missed call from them asking me to return their call- not explaining that it was urgent or time sensitive. I called back 2x and the wait was so long I couldn’t get through to anyone. No one called and followed up. Apparently my court date was a few days later… Shortly after my court date I received a letter in the mail stating that I have a bench warrant for my arrest for failure to appear to court. This was two weeks ago and they have no resolved it. It takes 10 emails to get anyone to call me and anytime I call them I get the run around with absolutely no help and very poor customer service. They said they don’t know why I received this letter and that they were there to represent me… but they can’t seem to get it resolved. The phone call before the hearing they were calling to offer me a plea of the speeding ticket being reduced 4 points… so I would still have to pay the state, and have my insurance rates sky rocket- and I already paid them a decent amount of money to represent me… I get the feeling because they received the plea no one showed up to court to represent me but they had never responded if we would accept or not because they had not gotten ahold of me and spent very little effort trying… honestly horrible experience. Still not resolved. Terrible customer service. Terrible outcome. Their demeanor regarding the situation is very nonchalant and low effort- not concerned or helpful at all. Totally unethical. I hired them to represent me and the outcome is a yet to be resolved warrant for my arrest over a speeding ticket… I would not recommend them at all.
