I lead a nonprofit and we have about 4 events per year. Been using Ticketbud for the last 3 years. WE LOVE TICKETBUD! Easy to use. Fees are reasonable. And, the few times we needed help, our TicketBud representative Blake responded quickly with excellent service.

We have used Ticketbud for several years now for both our online and point of show entry ticketing and processing and cannot say enough great things! From event coordination to device shipping to fast response times and friendliness, it has been the best experience. We used other ticketing companies in the past and first hand did not have great experiences with them. We cannot recomend Ticketbud enough!

I found the staff to be experienced and beyond helpful in assisting in various situations from attendees not understanding how to register to assisting me in formatting the badges to the desired format for the show. Everyone was professional, patient, and extremely responsive which made the event seamless! Thank you!
