I found the experience to be pretty streamlined. Their website was fairly easy to use. Prices are reasonable. The only reason I took one star off was because of the unprofessional packaging. It honestly felt like I had ordered something off the dark web in some ways - there was a label, and a sheet saying what it was, but it was still just in a little jewelry bag which made me uncomfortable. Would NOT want to get pulled over with that, regardless of how "legal" tianeptine is. A white powder In a little baggy? No thanks.

It's as if there's nothing in some of the product compared to other vendors, and good luck getting the customer service to listen to anything you have to say after multiple attempts. He either ignores you, or deflects. For anyone that can perform a true purity test, please do so to keep this vendor honest. Although, nothing short of a lawsuit seems like it could get them to listen to their inbox, so maybe save yourself the headache just move on to a new supplier.

The "If you order before this time" timer on their website was broken, and so an express ($30 shipping) item I paid for did not arrive within the time given by the website. Typically, customer service is a reflection of overall operating culture. I imagine this lack of consciousness permeates all operations. There are a lot of other vendors whose product costs as much or nearly, and that will actually care if their functionality misdirects you.
