I made an order about 3 weeks ago. It shipped in good time but due to complications with my forwarding address (I had just moved), the order was shipped back. I have emailed and called several times To try and get my order resent or to get a refund, but haven’t gotten a single response. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered an AR-15 kit and after several emails I was sent a tracking number that had no movement for 10 days. At the 16 to 18 day mark I got my kit. It was missing the upper. Emailed them to get them to make this right, and 4 days later I got and email saying my upper was being shipped. 8 days later I received the upper, but it was not the same color. I sent another email with pictures, clearly showing the color mismatch, requesting the correct upper for the kit I purchased. Now it has 13 days and I assume there's no intent to fix this! I have been ghosted. No email no phone call, nothing! This company is extremely poor! Zero customer service and cares nothing about customer satisfaction! Do not by from these people! They refuse to answer the phone and it seems the money you spend, once in their pocket, is a kiss off if you need them to help you as the customer! Find somewhere else to buy your products! This has been the worst experience I've ever had, and I've made many purchases of this kind!
