I have ordered 3 separate lowers from Thunder Tactical! They have made good on everyone! Are they good at communication or speedy delivery? No but not many companies I’ve ordered from have been able to respond or quickly ship Covid and a massive spike in sales has made delivery much slower than last year

I have nothing but good things to say I order an ar15 kit and it came within 3 weeks but I didnt get to test until new years eve night and I fired off 2 clips with ease so I'm really happy and will be ordering a glock kit soon

This was back in August, but I Received my order fairly quick. Nice material and wieght. Still haven’t started with the build yet as my daughter wants to build it with me this time and she just went on break from college for Thanksgiving. So it will be soon

I ordered an AR complete assembled upper on July 10th and received it today. It came wrapped real nice and was in perfect condition. Exactly what I ordered and at a great price. I never once doubted TT as my son has ordered many times from them. Remember folks this is a pandemic and a lot of manufacturer's are barely employing. It might take some time to arrive but be patient.

I got impatient and sent a nasty email. Steve in customer service called me. Nice guy, he mans the emails himself, and he's getting thousands a day. I really appreciate him taking the time to call me. The orders are taking a little longer than expected, as with everyone these days. I have not received my order yet, but as far as their customer service, I give them 5 stars.

Everything was fixed, all is well the 80 lower is great!

Good price quality parts, they need to improved Processing time and shipping time

I’ve always purchased my parts from Thunder Tactical - I should get a VIP card by now. They carry quality products at affordable prices. My first build was from Thunder Tactical. Highly recommend them
