I bought a lifetime account in 2019, Recently I found that it doesn't work anymore - no one to get in touch with and their contact us link doesn't work anymore. It's a scam. They have gone with our money and data. Everyone is warned not to buy any new services.

Like everyone else I got this for the free plan, 2 gig. I'll explain below the two possibilities for this total failure. But I go in today after not having touched it for over a year, as I just tried to back up a bunch of crap, but never needed the stuff.. As usual, the icons have no image, download is something went wrong. What I suspect: Either.... 1) They gave out so many plans to get a ton of "users" so they could go get financial backing based on number of users, & all backers found out none were paying monthly.... 2) Data harvesting operation. i.e. ALL your data was collected and sent off to whatever parent company this was part of. And by keeping the site up, but useless, it just looks like a failed company so no one gets suspicious.

Bought this on StackSocial and thought I would use it as testing with redundant files that had already backed up. Thank god I did NOT use this my promamry backup. Logged in - 04/03/2023 - I was not able to retrieve any of the test files I had uploaded long ago. When to going to the URL of the file This is the message you will receive Whoops, looks like something went wrong. Avoid this product at all costs. I'm going to reach out to StackSkills to see if I can get a credit for this purchase

Avoid at all cost!! My hard disk recently just crashed and so 'luckily' (or so I thought), I had backed up on Thunderdrive.io. No problem right? Wrong! All my files cannot be retrieved! You can't download anything!!! Their website help function doesn't even work!!

Cannot access my lifetime account. Lost all files. Support email address no longer valid. Avoid!

If I could rate this a 0 I would. I paid for the lifetime membership and have lost my files. It says they are there but I can't download them or view them on line. This is terrible. There should be legal action against this predatory business.

I purchased Thunderdrive 2TB lifetime a few years ago. I cannot retrieve a single file I uploaded and when I send an email asking for help, it comes back 'address unknown'. Nobody answers the chat either. It seems that this site was a scam which unfortunately I fell for. Do NOT purchase Thunderdrive.
