I'm so disappointed with this service. I uploaded quite many stuff (took ages), and I can't download bigger files, nor open them. Tried to connect with support many times in various ways -- zero response.

A couple of years ago, I bought this pile of junk and saved hundreds of files in it, hoping I could access them anywhere. My laptop was recently damaged, and I was unable to access any files on it. So, logged in to my thunderdrive account to access those files from another Laptop. I was shocked to find that not a single file was there. All gone, just a blank screen. At the bottom, it says "Oops, looks like something went wrong." I contacted their support team, but no one responded or emailed me back. I am furious, annoyed, and utterly disappointed. It's not about the money I paid them. Breaking TRUST is what they did. They knew users would save important files. Don't BUY & I highly DO NOT recommend it anyway even they sorted my issue.

Scam, Fraud, worst, unprofessional. I had purchased the drive space at thunderdrive in 2019. Now the drive space is gone and the support is not responding. they are word's number one fraudster and scammer. Never ever transact anything with thunderdrive. This companies in United states are scamming people all over the world and there is no legal remedy for people from outside US.

Suddenly all my uploads are gone. So disgusting and awful.

Total scam. Like many others here I bought 2TB of lifetime storage and then uploaded 40gb of photos. Now my login isn't recognised and I have had no response from 'support' for over a month. I assume my photos are now gone. There is certainly no service or storage available. Total SCAM. AVOID.

Dette er fullstendig svindel. Jeg kjøpte 4TB for livstid og fylte opp store deler av det for et par år siden. Nå er alt sammen borte. Ingen respons fra kundeservice. Jeg ser av kommentarer fra hele verden at andre opplever det samme. Alle som melder inn problemer til kundeservice blir slettet og blokkert.

SCAM. How can other reasonably reputed websites peddle this scam. I bought lifetime 2TB storage. Now , I can't login and the site says my username email doesn't exist. This is pure SCAM. The worst thing is the files I have lost, apart from the money of course. If anybody knows how to register complaint to appropriate US authorities, please let me know.
