Very user friendly! I also had to call THS regarding another tournament that was added late and booking window was closed. They helped me find a hotel to accommodate the whole team. My only suggestion would update the site, so you can see all hotels in relation to the venue. Being out of state, I didn't know the area or any of the roads. I had to click in and out so many times.

Very easy sending information out for group booking. Was able to see easily who had already booked and who still needed to before deadline. Helped find the best price and hotel possible for the event.

The was such a convenient way to book hotels for our travel season. The rates were always better than what I could secure on my own. The staff were always very friendly and very helpful. Anytime I missed the booking deadline online and called in, they were able to successfully work something out for me. Very positive experience! Would recommend!

THS was easy to book through. Due to the group rates, we saved on our reservations. Due to their relationships and negotiating with hotels, we paid less than the going rates at very nice hotels. We have not had any issues using THS and would recommend using them to book going forward.

Systems run slow when hotels first open. Additional resources to support openings so parents can quickly book would improve the experience.

Easy process once you get the hang of it!!! Some precise methods that you need to follow to successfully book - however once you get through it a couple times it becomes intuitive.
