Checking in was nice and easy. All of the staff were very friendly and when I asked for anything they helped me right away. The hotel is beautiful and pretty classy! Definitely one of my favorite places to book from now on. You can literally leave your room and hang out in the lounge/bar area. If you want that downtown experience, book Magnificent Mile Marriott downtown!
