I did receive my order, however I made a mistake and ordered the wrong filter. Which is when my nightmare began in trying to complete a return. I have never in my entire life been put through so much headache and not to mention that your website apparently does not work correctly because I sent not once but 2 times my pictures you requested for the return. I literally received the filter yesterday opened the box saw how huge it was and put it back in it. It would be helpful also if you would have under customers who registered, a way for them to see what they ordered and what part goes with their order. Like my instance I ordered a Cold Air Intake from you and I took a stab in the dark as to the size of the filter I needed which is where we are today.

Awful customer service. Nothing but a drop shipper. Lies about having items in stock.

More than pleased with my experience. I had recently bought rims and tires from another location the same day I ordered matching lug nuts from another location. Received the rims and tires about a week later. 3 weeks after that the lug nuts status was still waiting to be picked. Even tho they said it would be shipped 3 to 7 days after ordering. Came across your website. Decided to order the same lug nuts from you. And in less than 24 hours later they were picked and shipped. Should be here tomorrow. And finally ill be able to install the new rims and tires. Other place wouldn't respond or answer my questions. But refunded my order shortly after canceling because I placed an order with you. Called your tech with questions about my order and they answered my call and my questions. You have great customer service
