One is that their products are top-notch and constantly being upgraded, and the second is their outstanding customer service. Recently, I had a service issue simply because I just didn't know what to do at the time, and they gave me specific directions for how to solve the issue. They constantly got back to me to make sure my issue was solved. Best service ever.
