Great themes, great service, great support (and I mean SUPPORT in capital)

Had a great support experience where my multiple issues were addressed right away with very detailed and helpul answers, such that I could resolve everything myself. The answers also included the option of having the support team do it for me, but that wasn't even necessary because the explanations were so clear.

I've been with Thrive Themes since 2016. Over the years, the TT team has continuously worked on improving the Wordpress tools and plugins. And I'm now at a place where I hardly have to touch any CSS to get the look and feel of the website I want to create. But while the tools and improvements are so good and I'm always praising Thrive Themes left and right, the main reason why I'd confidently recommend Thrive Themes has to do with their customer support team. I've reached out to support many times in the past for various reasons. And every time I only have positive things to say about my experience. Especially my most recent one. Other companies could have easily responded with generic, scripted responses that leave you more frustrated than before you'd even reached out. But that's never my experience with Thrive Themes. You always feel like there's a real human being on the other end. One who's *actually* trying to get to the bottom of the issue and help you. And, most recently, Alyssa's help and support blew me away by going above and beyond to help me out. (A big, heartfelt "thank you", Alyssa!) I came for the tools and the ease of putting together a professional-looking website. And, even though I've had other tools I could turn to, having this kind of support and knowing that Thrive Themes is always there to help me out when I'm stuck or dealing with something I need to resolve asap is what makes me keep coming back, and not even considering switching. Everyone is eager to get the sale and to close the deal. But very few brands actually continue to deliver on the customer support front... even though this is exactly what continues to inspire trust in any business. Especially when trust is so fragile and easy to break. Everything changes and evolves, but my sincerest hope is that exceptional customer support is something that always remains a top priority for TT. Because, at least to me, this is what makes Thrive Themes stand out from every other solution out there.

I mainly use Thrive Apprentice for my digital products and the Thrive Quizbuilder for lead generation with an online quiz and I am a big fan of the functions, the possible customizability and the user-friendliness. If there are any questions or problems, the support is very quick and helpful.
